ORDERING FROM BONEFRAGMENTS

order process and timeframes
To save you expense, we are using a simple manual ordering system. Once you complete and submit the order enquiry form, we will receive an email with your order. As time allows, we will then gather your items and calculate postage and your total. You will then receive an email with a payment link and your total. As noted, this process is manual and not instant- so please be patient.
We will only email your total when there is stock for your order, as your order needs to be packed and weighed for accurate postage charges. This means that there might possibly be a delay while we produce new stock. Please understand that emailing questions and follow-ups just slows everything down.
If something you have ordered is not-in-stock and will not be restocked quickly, then we will contact you to determine what you want to do with your order.
Repeated follow-ups will just end up delaying your order.
Remember- Bonefragments is NOT a business and only operates as a side hobby to help modellers with their scale model projects. Our availability and responsiveness can be impacted by our full-time employment and other responsibilities- including deployments to regional incidents. Please be patient if there is a delay. We will always ensure that our customers are satisfied.
We strive to only cover our costs and time. We are not in this for profit. We try to keep our prices to the absolute minimum, but we must cover all our costs, including fees.
NOTE that we do not provide PAYPAL INVOICES. We provide payment details and a PayPal.me link only.
We do accept DIRECT DEPOSITS into our Australian Bank account – We can Provide our BSB & Account # details if required
We are based in AUSTRALIA and as such all parcels will take time to reach their destination. Please be patient, we have never had a package not arrive eventually.
Tracking numbers are provided to you when your order ships, but we are not responsible if the POSTAL Service does not update the tracking details as the items move through the international mail system. Tracking can be used only by the Post office to chase up very late shipments.
If you want to add insurance to your order, then please let us know so it can be quoted.
If you do NOT agree with or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, then please DO NOT order from us.
We are not aiming to be difficult but previous issues, fraudulent claims, incurred costs, and changing platform/government policies have forced us to be more careful so that we can continue to provide this service to scale modellers and not have to shut down. Thank you for your understanding and support.
